Eric Johnson is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter, and composer from Austin, Texas, born on August 17, 1954. Renowned for his extraordinary technique, crystal-clear tone, and melodic sensibility, Johnson blends elements of rock, blues, jazz, fusion, country, and classical music into a unique and expressive style that has inspired generations of guitarists.
He first gained attention in the early 1980s for his virtuosic yet highly musical playing, releasing his debut solo album Tones in 1986. His follow-up, Ah Via Musicom (1990), brought him international acclaim — the track “Cliffs of Dover” won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance, and remains one of the most celebrated instrumental guitar pieces ever recorded.
Johnson is known not only for his impeccable technical skill but also for his deep focus on tone and touch. His signature sound — often achieved with a Fender Stratocaster, tube amplifiers, and analog effects — has become legendary among guitar enthusiasts, often described as “pure, singing, and unmistakably Eric.”
In addition to his solo career, he has collaborated with artists such as Joe Satriani and Steve Vai as part of the G3 tour, and has released numerous albums including Venus Isle, Bloom, Up Close, EJ, and The Book of Making. Joe McGillveray is the guitarist and one of the founding members of Scottish indie-rock outfit The Snuts. Hailing from Whitburn, Scotland, Joe formed the band in 2015 alongside childhood friends Jack Cochrane, Callum Wilson and Jordan Mackay.
Since bursting onto the scene with their chart-topping debut album W.L. in 2021, The Snuts have carved out their own space in the UK rock scene, combining soaring melodies, raw guitar tones and an undeniable live energy. Joe’s guitar work is a key part of that sound, bringing a mix of grit, melody and attitude that gives the band its distinctive edge.
Now entering an exciting new chapter in 2026, The Snuts have been rolling out new material including “Summer Rain,” “Motherlands,” “Defibrillator” and “In Motion,” ahead of their fourth album, Joy In Short Moments. More mature and introspective while still carrying the band’s trademark energy, the new material reflects how far they’ve come without losing sight of where they started.

Mathias Lattin is a young blues/soul guitarist and singer-songwriter from Houston, Texas, USA. With a foundation in jazz and classical training, he is a rising star, developing his own unique blues voice. He developed an affinity for music from a young age, and was drawn to the world of blues when his grandmother taught him how to play B.B. King at age 10. He began performing at blues sessions in his hometown of Houston at around age 13. In 2020, he graduated from Houston's prestigious Kinder High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. His musical style, incorporating a wide range of genres including jazz, R&B, funk, and blues, blends traditional blues with a contemporary sensibility.
At age 20, he won the band category and the "Best Guitarist" award at the prestigious International Blues Challenge 2023, becoming the youngest person to ever achieve this feat. This has catapulted him to a new level of recognition in the blues scene, giving him more opportunities to share the stage with the Keeshea Pratt Band, Annika Chambers, Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, and others. He also wrote and produced his debut album, "Up Next," which features a blend of soulful, jazz-inspired chords and emotive guitar riffs, making him a promising figure representing the new generation of modern blues.
Phil Machado

Phil Machado is the guitarist and backing vocalist for the Brazilian rock band Detonautas.
Since joining the band in 2006, he has been a central member, supporting Detonautas' diverse sound, from electric to acoustic.
Known for his fluent command of acoustic and slide guitar,
he has played an important role as guitarist and backing vocalist on albums such as the band's 2009 live album "Acústico,"
as well as their recent albums "Álbum Laranja" (2021) and their 20th anniversary album "20 Anos - Acústico" (2023).
Detonautas is known for its musical style that combines social messages with rock energy, and
Phil Machado is highly regarded as a guitarist who enriches that expression.

Sammy Boller

Sammy Boller is a guitarist and songwriter from Detroit, Michigan, known for his passionate energy, exceptional technique, and melodic, emotionally rich playing. Praised by Guitar World magazine as "one of the most promising rising stars in electric guitar," Sammy has become a leading figure among the new generation of instrumental rock artists.
In 2012, he gained national attention when Joe Satriani selected him as the winner of the Guitar Center Master Satriani Competition. In 2016, he signed with Wind-Up Records/Concord Music Group as a member of the rock band Citizen Zero, and their single "Go (Let Me Save You)" reached the top 15 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.
As a solo artist, Sammy released his debut instrumental album, *Kingdom of the Sun* (2020), on Candyrat Records, receiving widespread acclaim for his expressive guitar tones and cinematic compositions. His subsequent singles, *Ritual Lights* (2021) and *Midnight Garden* (2023), fully showcased his talent. Notably, the bonus track *Mother Light* from *Midnight Garden* utilizes the Organic Sounds *Chronos* overdrive pedal throughout, its rich expressiveness and dynamic response supporting the song's sound.
Furthermore, in 2026, he launched a new band project, *Evomoon*. While based on a heavy and modern sound, it presents a new musical style that fuses Sammy's unique emotional melodic sense and lyrical guitar work.
